Is this the actual movie everyone has been waiting for? If so I was hoping more for theatrical movie but it still looks sweet

In the Q/A Frankie had with NeoGAF, he all but confirmed that it was a movie (for those who don’t preorder LE edition, you can buy the digital version or wait for it to come out on DVD / Blu Ray. Sorry, I don’t have a link…I’m on my phone

Well, if you actually DID see somewhere that it’s a “movie,” it’s not a movie. It’s similar, but it’s not. It’s a web series, so it’ll be broken down into “episodes.”
They could do like a hour and a half long movie then the series like Star Wars The Clone Wars did. Star Wars: The Clone Wars the movie and then later on Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV series so a good FUD long movie then a good FUD series.

This is true, through October at least. The 90 min. extended edition is not broken up episodically, therefore its a movie. I suppose, in theory, its a web series that is going to be converted to a movie shortly after Halo 4 launches.

The episodes will only total (roughly) 75 min. There will be 5 15 min. episodes starting 10-5 (might be wrong on the day) and running up to launch (one per week). The extra 15 min will be included if people buy the LE edition, the digital copy, or the DVD / BD.

OT: it will play like a movie, not a tv series, but its a redeemable code that you enter on your xbox and watch through waypoint…at least i think you watch through waypoint - haha
