Seriously, after watching the new IGN Video, I’m very impressed. I love the concept of the story and how it’s going to focus a lot on the characters. Love Anna Popplewell, too. Also, not sure if anyone’s seen this article, but it’s very cool and has some awesome screenshots from FUD.

They’re cadets who seem to strap on some armor when the covenant attacks, not exactly “marines”.

So ya, I had a friend mention how it looks like they re-purposed the ODST kneepads into the shoulder pads for the Forward Unto Dawn soldiers…and now I can’t unsee it.
I like the poster as well.
There’s some really famous actors in there, this looks really good, I can’t wait for this.

I think those marines are meant to be recruits anyway, maybe we might some bulkier soldiers later on in the series.

I heard them mention this being a “coming of age story”. I assume that is the reason they are so young. I agree we may see them age as the story progresses.

Thats true. They all look like teenagers. The first screen shot looks like a sitcom, for crying out loud. Coming of age indeed.
Don’t get me wrong, though. Seriously psyched for FUD.
I’m a sucker for coming of age stories, especially when they’re done really well.
