Where has it gone?
And why isn’t there an easy way to see the posts you’ve made?
I am currently able to search are you still not able to? Maybe do a ctrl+F5?
The forum search button is missing. It use to be where you see:

That only searches the website.
The forum search button allowed you advanced search controls for the forums. And it’s not there anymore.
I see. Perhaps it will make a return, hopefully sooner rather than later.
Yeah, what happened to the capability to quickly search for posts by specific posters, etc.? If you go into the “Help” section of the Header, you can find the following:
"Searching Forums and Topics
To quickly find a thread or post of interest anywhere on the forums, click on the ‘Search’ link in the Header. Then, type in the keyword or phrase you wish to search for.
For more control over the search, you can restrict your search to individual forums, or find posts or topics written by a specified user. You can also select how many Results should be shown per page."
The current search function does not allow for such selectivity and control.
Yeh, that feature has been removed. Have no idea why…
I’m talking about the Waypoint forums. Not the Gamertag/news item search in the top right corner of the main website. But the search feature for the actual forum, which I used to find my posts with, has been gone for a while now. Also the “All Posts” on the user sidebar doesn’t seem to work either.
Does anyone know if these features will make a return?
It was removed temporarily until the forums became stable I believe, it will be back in the future.
It appears to be temporarily brought down. But the upgrade for Waypoint services is also being worked on, so who knows how soon it may return. We’ll just have to wait and see.
I think they threw out the search engine and replaced it, missing a lot of features. Looks like the new search is now powered by bing. And I can’t find ANYTHING.

That search bar has ALWAYS been there, the forum one was disabled temporarily until the forums could be made more stable.

Ah, ok. Thanks. I never had to use the one at the top before.

Send them a private message if you really need one, but as I said over three weeks ago, it was disabled for the time being until the forums were in a stable state, with them still going slow every so often, that isn’t the case.
