I’ve only really just noticed how hidden away the forum rules are. When you first sign in, there is no prompt telling you to read any sort of rules like most forums do.
To actually view the forum rules, people need to go into the Announcements section (which is usually ignored normally because it isn’t Halo related) and then choose the Forum Rules topic.
Would it be possible to include a link to the Forum Rules in the navigation bar that’s located at the top of the forums?
Here’s a quick image showing what it’d look like. Obviously it would link to the Halo Waypoint Forum Rules topic.

I feel extremely silly for forgetting this, but we can kill two birds with one stone here.
Having the Forum Rules pinned in every section is redundant and a waste of space for important pinned topics. If we include the Forum Rules in the nav bar, then we can unpin the Forum Rules topic in every section (minus Announcements) and have it be less cluttered.
I like this idea.
Easy access to the Forum Rules is always useful.
