Forum Rules (Human rights)

Hello Halo Waypoint Staff,

I’d want to say you that some forum rules don’t respect a constitutional right.
For example this rule: You can not post or discuss leaked content, real or fake;
Now, we are on a forum on Internet, you can not censor an user’s post because in this way you are violating the liberty of expression, you can not censor an user’s post who is TALKING about a videogame feature or content, leaked or not.

Also a person can not know that a link could refer to a website which contains leaked pics or videos.

Internet is free and you cannot censor anything.

Thanks for your patience,
-Alessio (Violin Spider)

HAHAHAHAHAH, this is hilarious.
Welcome to the interwebz. This is theirsite and they have every right to make any rules they desire.

If you want to talk leaks go somewhere else.

Waypoint’s forum = Waypoint’s rules.

You want to talk leaks? Do it elsewhere. You signed up and agreed to abide by the Waypoint Forum Rules and Forum Guidelines when you hit “register.”

If you don’t agree with them, that’s fine. You are free to take your discussion elsewhere that isn’t run by 343i.

As for this:

> Also a person can not know that a link could refer to a website which contains leaked pics or videos.

If you post, you assume responsibility for your post. If you don’t know that it’s leaked, that’s not our fault.
