IMO, the forum ranks should have a bit more of a half-life curve to them. Anyone who has been a member of a Forum for any length of time knows there is an enormous difference between a member with 10 posts and a member with 70. The upper ranks should be difficult to earn, no argument there, But I feel like there should be a few intercardinal ranks at the start. Also, the fact that “Recruit” lasts for a few hundred posts feels silly, A member with 300 posts is clearly not a “recruit” any more but a loyal member of the community. Nothing important, just a brainstorm
Thoughts?
I agree. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was less post related stuff?
I’d prefer it if there were no ranks at all, it literally encourages people to post a ton just to level up.

That’s a great point, if they were awarded by admins/mods for good content/not trolling, that could be a nice new system…
