In the Brave browser, which is Chromium-based, clicking “LOAD MORE” on a forum autoscrolls to the bottom of the newly-loaded results, making it a hassle to browse. Here is a link showing the proper behavior in the Chromium Edge browser, followed by the broken behavior in Brave: demo
EDIT: I’ve confirmed that this issue also takes place in the new Edge browser, which is of course Microsoft’s official browser. I think this qualifies the issue as something that should be fixed.
Any news on this? When it comes to a reproducible bug, it would be nice to get a response from someone at 343, especially considering they have been actively at work renovating Waypoint. Even “thank you for the report, we have reproduced it and are tracking it” would suffice.
I don’t believe Brave is a supported browser so I wouldn’t really expect much.
Sorry for the rez, but I’ve confirmed this issue takes place in Edge (Chromium) as well, which should certainly be a supported browser.
I have exclusively been using Edge for the past couple of months and have noticed this scrolling behavior as well. I used Opera for a number of years and this was not a problem there.
