Just throwing this poll out there to see if others’ get the same experience that I do.
First and foremost, we’re here to help keep the forums clean and enforce the rules where necessary. While some can and do provide aspects of support to other users, that’s not really part of what we do. I personally do it when I can because I have a history of working on support forums, but at the end of the day we’re just volunteers helping out on our spare time. We flag issues to 343 when necessary, but it would be impossible to share the concerns and issues of every forum user. Between IRL, handling reports, PM’s, etc, sometimes doesn’t leave a lot of time
