Is anyone else having an issue of being told they are suddenly having issues with their Windows Live ID?
I keep having to clear my cookies every 12 hours so that I can browse the forums while logged in. Otherwise I get the error page and no way to clear it up.
That is a known bug that has affected a lot of people. New forums are inbound.

I’m past fed up with this happening because its not even a forum issue. Its Microsoft being a -Yoinking!- flaming -Yoink- and not doing the job right the first time.
Nope. The only issue I have is that I have to go to xbox.com to sign out rather than do it from here, otherwise the sign out process never finishes. It’s unusual because this problem has only started happening recently.

Calm down, if anything it’s 343i’s fault for using a different Live ID Encryption, so easy.
And as suggested, signing into Xbox.com and keeping it open in another tab is the solution for this until Gamma is out to the public.
This has happened to me as well. I changed my windows live ID on my other account and then it brings me 2 the join page. Anybody know how to fix this

Afaik, there is only one encryption for a WL ID, and its MS’s fault when they screw up enabling it for other sites.
Also since this is a Microsoft run board for all intents and purposes since 343i is owned and run by MS…

Sorry, That is the only way I know of …if you sent your msg during Halofest or before I would resend it.

Good luck.
You guys know that all you have to do is clear your cookies, right? It takes about 25 seconds for a slow user to delete the cookies involved (It’s always those chocolate chips that get you…).
After running into this problem I just log-in every session instead of letting my browser “Remember Me”.
I use Chrome, and had to use an outside cache cleaner program to get it straight.
