I noticed you can’t upload your own avatar images, nor (at least on my end), can you edit your signature… Is there a reason for this?
(kind of puts a damper on my day, as 1 of the main prizes in my tournament has to do with avatar/signature art DOH)
Avatars can only be from the Halo Universe based ones here for copyright reasons.
Signatures tend to be obnoxious at times, and are only given to Administrators, Moderators, SuperIntendents, and those with the rank of Spartan.

well while I’m at it i might as well ask for suggestions as far as my prizes go… i met a wall with Microsoft points being bound by country, and now i’m copy written out on avatars… I’ve got nothing, and 8 days until 50+ people beat down my xbox live party to play in a tournament that I’m hosting.
Microsoft points are bound by country? Maths once gave me an American code and it worked for me (I’m in Australia).

Microsoft Points are region locked, your account probably hasn’t got its locale set to Australia.

It seems to me that ODSTs are trustworthy enough. Though of course, how can you possibly base trustworthiness on number of posts?

Well if someone manages to get to 7000+ Posts and not be banned, warned or things in that manner, they seem trustworthy to me, if a user is spamming, he will be warned to stop and the spam posts removed, making him not hit Spartan for a while and even if a user does abuse them, they can be signature banned.
Thankfully I’m not in it for Rank or Signatures. If they consider my posts spamming (which they are a far cry from) and take away the miniscule little “barbie dress up features”…big flipping boo-hoo.

This to be quite honest, people do make a really big deal up of signatures when all people put in there is a quote from a famous person or Halo itself.

I was gonna put my Twitter account in there. But I thought that was boring. So I went with something funny to me.

I’m one of those special people that knows what it means 
I still say it’s not something that should act as a reward here when it’s a standard staple everywhere else.
The Twitter thing is just a plug to gain more followers. No different than Friend Gathering on Facebook no matter what anyone says.

I’d use it to tweet out about game nights as such if it was implemented, not just to gain followers.
