Is anyone else not happy with these new cosmetics? I want choices closer to MCC, choices that make armor intimidating! Armor should stay armor themed, not daisies and cat ears. This seems like a horrible ploy to attract Fortnite players and not appeal to their real fans.
I’m begging you 343…please focus on armor that actually fits with Halo or at least armor themes.

I believe people are honestly overacting over fuc king cat ears, they are a helmet attachment, not an entire piece of armor. Let 343 take some creative liberty as they did with MCC.

Yup. This week’s store updates seem to be insanely popular. I’ve played 5 games today and I think cat ears were in 3 of them and iron man colors were in 4. Players seem to love these items.
You can get camouflage armor coatings in campaign???
the cat ears are an ATTACHMENT not an actual whole piece of armor
halo has always had some funny pieces of gear that didnt fit like hyabusa, the katana, the flame heads, haunted, the mister chief mariner attachment the list goes on I dont mind it my self and if I did its a option I can avoid easily

It’s the fact that THIS is what they’re releasing right now. The MCC armor was awesome. They should be putting focus on halo themed armor pieces then work they can trail off into this crap.
And you say it’s just an ATTACHMENT now…until they release full cat armor kits and Pokémon AI.

They can do both. For people who want a more traditional look they can add those cosmetics and for those who want a less traditional look with dog ears and balloons or whatever they can have those. Customization is best when you allow the player more choices to vary their look imo.
To be fair we’ve had 4th wall breaking grunts in Halo CE, Halo 3, and Halo 5 and a peeing brute in Halo 3.
