Hi guys names jr or achilles1983jr. I have only had my xbox one for about two months ive had halo 5 less then that. I tried to join multiple Spartan companies and a few didn’t even reply back a couple said no because my overall rank was not high enough so after all this non sense I started my own. Awesome right??? NO. I got no one helping accept new request to join and even with 30 members not much at all is getting done. I have ideas of ways to run this renegade platoon of misfits. I wanna break everyone into squads of 4. this makes sense to me on so many levels the first being that is usually the amount of people you can have on a fire team. Hell even when I was in Iraq or at camp lejuene training even the marine corps breaks down into 4 man fire teams. When your patrolling and contact is made you do squad rushes in 4 man fireteams. So I’m trying to imply the same notion to this company of hell raisers. Also I want to have a hierarchy of warriors among our selves me and a few other people have created a forged battle arena specifically for 1 vs 1. so we can fight each other and in our company have a hierarchy of warriors and amongst ourselves we will know who is champion so if someone joins our company and were to say who is your best fighter well as a matter of fact it is this guy…etc …etc… I want each fireteam to have its own name and leadership. so after joining the company you hop around playing with different people until you find your kind of people. There are casual players the in between players and serious players so after you establish what type you wanna be you link up with that group and take over the world. sounds great huh…well no one is helping at all so I’m so swamped with side bull crap I hardly get on an play. so I don’t care if you have your own company or just you. I need leaders to come inan and help me run this motely group of Spartan warriors REMEMBER we as a group vote on things such as name of company and the other little things. so if this sounds like something you wanna do please hit me up I need leaders ppl to come in and start running crap and making this work. So if your a social butterfly then I want you. I want more then one person first off. I want ppl who are on halo waypoint daily on forums for halo daily ppl who play daily and ppl who don’t mind taking control of the hordes of ppl in the company and organizing game nights pushing everything to the limit organizing members who want to go pro. introducing members to other members who want the same thing… ensuring fire teams are getting completed and have submitted there names. making sure a fireteam is squared away with like minded ppl. one real serious gamer and 3 casual gamers aint gonna work. serious gamers who may be interested in pro tactics and call out needs a team that does just that. casual player who have no intention of learning call outs does have a place in this company just as much as the serious gamer but making sure there places with the right group of guys is something that needs done. even though I encourage ppl to make there own fire team and have there own leadership I still have those ppl who just want to be recruited they wont look at companys they want to post one forum that they want to be in a company and done. then they get emails to join and then they join and still they want to be told where to go which fireteam. some ppl don’t want to look at all the companys and some ppl don’t want to be leaders. so I need leaders willing to work with ppl that are willing to hit the forums up and find new players and new leaders to… so if this sounds like something u want pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase hit me up I don’t have enough time to do it all myself so I wanna share.
