Former CoD player needs help learning skills

Hello all, I’m a complete nubsauce at Halo…
I’ve been playing since Halo 3 but I’ve never really learned the tips/tricks of how to be a “good”
player, mainly due to being a super z0mg Cod fanboy.
However, after dealing with Lag Comp and horrible matchmaking, I’d like to get into Halo more.

I’m trying to ask you guys if you happen to know of any Halo oriented gaming channels that give
tips on how to improve your gun skill, or even just the overall mechanics of the multiplayer.
I’ve played through all the campaigns, so I know the weapons for the most part
but using them in a matchmaking sense is just not a fun time right now haha.

We pride ourselves mainly on our vehicle prowness, though most of our players have adapted general skill sets. If you’re looking for a mature open community, that is willing to teach the tricks of the trade “You could make a specific thread in the training grounds”; then we might just be what you’re looking for. Just make an introduction thread, express your intent/interest to get better and one of our members will likely take some time to help you acheive your goal. Most of the time judgement/awareness is the primary determinant for success, even a decent shot can become an amazing one if they are fully aware of the enemy’s postions/threat levels.
