Okay so im making a map, all was good and then all of a sudden the snap roation went hay wire! The circles that show what way itll go went in random ways and then i noticed it was matching the way i was facing the block, does anyone know how to change it back to a set rotate 90 degrees and itll stay level? Bit confused here…
Press x, go to tool settings, scroll down to “rotation snap” and set it to which ever you desire, to get it level though you may not be able to get it that way through rotation snap so if you click the left analog stick to activate precision, if you look towards the bottom of your screen you will see three sets of numbers, horizontal, vertical, and diagonal, those will help you make it level, after that go back into tool options by pressing x and play with rotation snap

Found it a while ago but thanks alot!! Got it to all work out, im used to forging, pretty fluent now but its just that one thing that kept happening and i didnt know how to change it back but ive found it now as you said
