So as of the time writing this post I have played a total of 410 Halo Infinite matches.
I also have 3 DNF on my record, 2 of which thanks to BTB and not me voluntarily quitting.
But for the sake of keeping it simple this leaves me with significantly less than 1% DNF.
The last match I played before writing this was a ranked match.
It was an objective game type (oddball) and I had an early quitter in my team.
My team lost.

Now the player in the stats again at the time of writing this has played a total of 44 matches with a DNF of 6.
This player doesn’t finish 13.65% of his matches.
I had this discussion years ago with someone from 343i denying that there are any habitual early quitters in the game. I don’t know what their definition for “habitual” is but I sure think someone quitting out of 13.65% of their matches well qualifies for the habitual quitter honor.
I also bet this is not an isolated case and it is not even the highest ranking DNF percentage.
So please 343i, let us players decide how much DNF we want in our team.
Let those DNF folks play other DNFs.
I think this will work much better than a stupid auto ban that punishes players for developer short comings like this whole BTB mess.
PS: Shall we start a bet how this players DNF will develop over the next week or month?
