Forge world forgotten!?

Okay, I just recently checked out the new multiplayer maps on Halo Annivesary. I noticed one signifigant detail: none of the original reach maps are there!

Does any one know how to get them on the Anniversary disc or a way to re-download them?

By the way, this only applies to maps such as forge world, breakpoint, and beachhead. Gametypes are left just the same.

You can play all maps from your Reach disc (including anniversary, just download the code that came with the game), but you cannot play all the maps from anniversary disc.

They should have at least included Forge World on the disk so people could play Hemmhorrage for a blood gulch/coag remake.

No space, unfortunately.

Yep.

Hope MS reconsiders Blu-ray for the next Xbox so this “not enough space” crap stops happening.

Need I remind every one that the map storage is huge on Reach. They could simply create a two-way link between the games’ storage!

Yes but Forgeworld is on the Reach disc.
You would need to have that running while you played from the CEA disc.

Two discs can’t be played at the same time.

at first I was like: “if you want boardwalk/swordbase/asylum, play reach”
then I realized:
zealot = midship (sort of, I know)
reflection = ivory tower
asylum = sanctuary
hemorrhage = blood gultch

these are all remakes that deserve a place in ce matchmaking (especially blood gulch)

343 could at least make it so that if youre playing anniversary slayer off your reach disc reflection and hemorrhage can come up.

This will never happen until Microsoft buys Sony or Sony buys Microsoft. All Microsoft has to do is wait until they release the next-gen console, which will most likely take care of this issue.

They just started using a new (yet still inferior) disc format. I doubt they’d be so quick to shelve it.

Let me be more specific… All of the downloaded maps, and even the built-in maps are stored on the xbox hardrive. All 343 has to do is create a blending program so that both games will draw from the hardrive.
