In my opinion yes, but they are trying their fastest and any other studio would have just said sunday because they would know that is the latest day. Atleast 343 is gonna release it the moment is ready.

We’ll I’m pretty sure that the confirmation this week is what they are talking about.
Why post another tweet unless it’s a specific date and they aren’t gonna do that otherwise they would have by now. The only tweet you will get is when it is out already most likely.
The won’t give a date seeing how almost surely the hold up is the certification process so they don’t know when it’s finished and when it is it will already be sent out.
