Me too, but they’re helpful.
Magnets are an awesome addition to Halo Forge, IMO. It helps me a lot when I’m Forging, it’s just that sometimes they don’t work properly and can get in the way with the other pieces.
No, I don’t think they’re needed - but I certainly think there’s no harm in having them in the game. They can be very helpful and it’s not like you have to use them.

Great for entry-level Forgers or just people messing around trying to build things with friends.
So yes, it makes it much more accessible for new-comers.
They come in handy now and again.
I am not the type of person who makes elaborate buildings or statues so magnets help a ton when building basic floors, structures and wall in a few seconds
i find them useful for making walls, ceiling, floors, and walkways.
Magnets are extremely useful for throwing up a lot of flooring or walls quickly to get an idea of a layout or something. Use the magnets to get everything close to where its needed then use precision editing to smooth the edges.
I like the addition, makes creating large areas a breeze.
