Forge Problems

i bought halo 4 a week ago and i saw the awesomeness, the epicness and other cool stuff halo 4 brought, but after playing lot of MP i wanted to get the old forging times everything was nice, the shadows, the maps and the new fashion objects at my disposal but as soon as i started i realized a problem, there was no slow moving option , that was completly upsetting because you cant make a perfect map without that tool, magnets help with standart maps, but for those creative forgers that wanna go further it wont and use coordinates make the map production too damn slow. It will be awesome that 343i bring that great tool back but as i can see how this is going i think this will be an great forgotten tool.

I see what you mean, but you kind of disputed yourself there. You can make a perfect map without it using Edit Coordinates, though it may interrupt the flow of your forge.

Personally, I have never used the slow movement tool and always used edit coordinates because those coordinates are set in the code. So when you load up the map in a custom game you don’t find that the pieces you meticulously lined up are now offset because they were placed on a coordinate that “doesn’t exist”. A game can only be so accurate with its measurements

You are wrong. Completely wrong.

The best way to ensure that your pieces didn’t shift was to set it, save it, quit, load it, and adjust the piece WITHOUT using the coordinates system.

Now, there’s no way to slow the movement down so you can make fine adjustments.
