Forge Physics Bar

So i have a map without any objects that move around or so. only 140 objects at all (very big rock chunks ) and my physics bar is already at 54%
what does this bar show exactly? how can i lower it? if someone knows please enlighten me@)

Check the properties of an object? I know you can turn the lighting budget of an item down with shadows cast.

but my lighting bar is fine only the physics is high up

just would like to know what affects it

Pretty sure its items with NORMAL physics. Welding lots of normal physics together would prolly add it it as well.

The physics budget Does not have to do with items set to ‘Normal’ not does it have to do with any sort of lighting effects. My best guess would be that the bar limits the amount of physics surface area you can add into a forged map.

Why hasn’t this been answered but is number 2 in google search?

Rocks cause the Physics meter to fill up quickly.
One of my maps has a lot of rocks on it and the physics meter is almost completely full.

All objects add a miniscule amount to the physics meter when they’re merged with other objects. It’s so tiny, it’s almost unnoticeable.

But rocks add quite a bit to Physics whenever you place them on them map.

I’m not sure of the exact reason they cause so much stress to that meter, but when placing rocks, even small ones, be wary of what you need.

I’ve just encountered this. What’s with this? Why do rocks destroy the physics budget?
