I was playing forge today with my friend, and I made a group, duplicated, unselected, then reselected and turned it into position only to notice only 1 object had magnets. When I tried to change the parent object, the group locked, started glowing green, and now its impossible to do anything with it. Please help. It’s in the middle of the map.

Note: haven’t tried resetting map yet, but I will when he is ready to. I would like to know if there’s a way to prevent this in general as it is ruining my forge experience.

I also tried it again to make sure it was a certain thing happening, and the exact same outcome.

2 things you can try:

  1. Create a new group, then ungroup it, see if you can select the problem group.
  2. Lock everything on the map (except problem group), then use Delete Everything, and that should delete the problem group.

I can’t touch the items at all for settings. they are constantly glowing green, restart didn’t help, and they are just there. Physically too. you can stand on them
