Forge on PC and some Questions

I just remembered about the Halo 5 Forge on PC. Did they tell us a date it was going to come out? And also some other Forging questions cuz I’m not that smart…
In Forge, how do you get the “FX” to go down? My map says 140
Does having a high FX do anything bad?

I recently learned that having too many weapon pads will affect your FX budget. If that helps.

I think if you have too much of something it just takes the map longer to load.
