- When I bought Halo 5, I was so hyped, I bought an xbone for it, I listened to hunt the truth on the edge of my seat, I contributed to many different Halo YouTube comment sections(Haha327) and I tried to convince as many as I could to buy it, before I myself had even played it. Then I heard about the removal of splitscreen, I was furious and joined the uproar thag gripped the community. Skip to Christmas day, I had it, Halo 5, the game I had waited a year to play, the campaign I had hyped up for a year, what would happen? I went through the game and halfway through the game and I was still waiting for it to pick up. I knew everything. I had watched Halo Canons every video, Sat through Halo followers at the time’s decent content and had read every Halo Book I could find. I watched through all the Halo’s campaigns, I knew everything, but there I was scratching my head, wondering what was happenning, almost every cutscene, and mission was jampacked with nothing and I finished the game bitter and disappointed, feeling I still harbour while writing this. I got most of the audio logs, but a crummy campaign and audio logs arent worth the time and money I invested into this game, my point is, there are probably alot of people like me unhappy about Halo 5 who thought they would at least have forge, but no…Why isnt forge available offline? Ive hung around, and I thought by now 343i would have thrown those same people a bone, Halo 5 forge offline, we who were lied into buying the Chief has gone rogue, the best Halo campaign ever, what rubbish. And though I knew there would be no splitscreen, I thought there would be campaign and Forge available to me…I own the mcc, Halo Wars 2, the only Halo games I dont own are the mobiles, the vr one, Reach, and Halo Wars. - If I was honest, I dont expect Halo 5’s forge available offline, considering I must sound like a brat screaming for more. But, a guy can hope that after the anguish 343i put some people through with Halo 5, forge would be at least available offline. If you agree vote below
- Should forge in Halo 5 be available offline? - Should it remain the way it currently isThanks for your time to listening to me whine. May Halo live forever!
Having Forge available offline is something the Forge team wanted to look into but didn’t have time / resources to do so within Halo 5’s life cycle. It may still happen for future iterations of Forge. Going to close this off as it’s not a support topic
