Is it possible that Halo 4 forge is going to be able to implement kinect? Thoughts anyone?
I do believe that 343 has said Kinect support will not be in Halo 4, but I do very much like your idea for Forge. If they were able to add this down the road after release I’d be for it and it is possible to add Kinect to games judging from Skyrim.
Good idea, I can see it working well. It’s actually pretty likely seeing as they implemented kinect in CEA, even though in a small way it means 343i are taking an interest in kinect.
I would say make it an option because not every one can afford kinect or wants to use it for forge. Yes as long as it’s an option I don’t mind it for any halo game
I dont care much for kinect as for as gameplay goes, but I could see it working and having benefits for forge. Perhaps if it did then I’d be happy to pick one up myself, but for now I just havent seen kinect be that special of a addition to any game. Maybe they will add it a little while after the release, I just hope they focus on the game itself for now, and add kinect only if its implemented in a way that really adds to the experience/helps forge be more simple.
Skyrim added Kinect functionality. It could happen. Personaly, having the ability to “call” a forge piece instead of running through lists would be more convenient.
Meh… Guess it could be implemented. Not really worried about kinect features though.
I wouldn’t think that could work OP. Imagine try to move your hands for hundreds of objects, and flipping every single piece to get the map right. I think forge should stick with the controller.
I think OP means for voice control for spawning stuff, not physically placing stuff. On another note, kinect support in Theater would be a nice touch. Maybe voice commands to pull up your service records, file share, etc.
I already have to buy a new Xbox 360, a 1-year Gold Xbox LIVE membership, and Halo 4 Limited Edition… I don’t want to have to buy Kinect as well.
It might be a erratic, Instead of going to your asked place it goes elsewhere. Just the simple forge we have with new features would be good
