I was just wondering if any one else has been having problems with scripting welded objects? i have a big map planed but scripting welded structures are the primary part to make this map work… any takers?

He is probably having problems with objects pivoting around a random point instead of the parent when using Rotate: Offset, sadly, this issue (afaik) cannot be avoided

You’ve responded to this garbage a couple times now. Please stop. It’s literally just spam and you responding makes it more difficult on us.
yes, nothing is staying welded to the parent object. at one point i had the parent object take off in one direction while the rest of the pieces went the other way. i would love to at least see if 343 is aware of this and if there going to try to fix it. i know they have a ton on there plate with all the other little issues there having.

I know exactly what you mean, but unfortunately, I still have found no solution.
I can get single, individual objects to script fine, but once I group/ weld items and script them, they just fall apart.
The welds don’t hold!
My example:
I decided to make the “Tardis” from Doctor Who
Banged it all together, and it looked real nice.
Even put in light rays emanating from the windows.
Then I thought:
You know what would really drive the theme home is if I had the Tardis slowly rotate in the air like it does in the show intro…
…as soon as I let go of it, all of the pieces individually began to rotate on the Yaw axis within and around each other…but not as one cohesive Tardis…then again, it had a totally sci-fi look , and felt like movie special effects…just not what I was going for.

Im working on halo 2 regret campaign mission remake area, featuring small “gondolas” (not exactly like campaign ones - much smaller) to throw in some flavor. I believe I have things done to a functional level, but the glitches are annoying.
