Forge Island not working?

I was playing custom games and a friend failed to load Forge Island. We tried a few times and it didn’t work, despite him having the content downloaded. He deleted and re-downloaded the content but still failed to load. He said it used to work just fine for him and he has several saved maps on Forge Island too.

Any idea why this has happened or how to fix it?

Has he tried deleting the content, clearing his cache and then signing out and in?

If not, please ask him to do so and let me know how it goes.
