Okay. Ive read almost every post on this topic and tried everything. Including clearing the cache, deleting both DLCs and title update redownloading them and then doing the update. Everything ive read said to try those methods but nothing has worked. If anyone has any advice please reply. The only other thing i can think of is contacting xbox live support. Please help thank you

Have you tried deleting your Xbox LIVE profile, then the DLCs and then redownloading your profile then the DLC?
