Okay, so I am trying to make a game mode in Halo Reach similar to the Player Unknown Battlegrounds where everyone starts off in an open map and much search for weapons and kill other players to win. As the match draws on, the playing area slowly shrinks, forcing players to move towards the center of the map or die from being “out of bounds”. I can basically use a Soft Safe Zone in Forge Mode that basically gives all players outside the Safe Zone 10 seconds to return to it or die.
What I don’t understand is how to make a Safe Zone essentially shrink and grow smaller as time passes. I have done a lot of searches and only found one thread on a different forum giving a description and how to on Safe/Kill Zones and basically says you can make a shrinking Safe Zone but didn’t really go into much detail on how to actually do it…or if it did, it was using terms I didn’t understand like “Gating Safe/Kill Zones”.
If anyone knows how to make a Safe Zone shrink, please, comment/share how to do so. It would be greatly appreciated.
