Forge Help - Kill Ball

Been running into some trouble with a forge map I have created. Its called Hogtagon which is in my file share. It is a fair-sized arena designed for demolition derby with warthogs. As time passes, hazards will begin to appear in the arena. One of the hazards is the kill ball that spawns in the center of the map after 60 seconds. Problem is the kill ball won’t spawn while there is an object (be it a player or a vehicle) in the general space where it appears. The 60 seconds will have pass but the kill ball never spawns on the map. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and if there is a solution to the problem. Is there a way to have the kill ball spawn regardless of whether or not there is an object in its general area?

My idea would be turning physics to phase and put it above where you want it to spawn. Then without holding it change the physics to normal. Shoot the ball and wallah!! The ball will now fall and roll around.

Not sure how else to accomplish what you’re looking for. Let us know if you find out.

I am trying to design the kill ball so it stays in one place. The arena is set high in the sky and has a limited area to drive. If you fall off the arena you die. The kill ball is supposed to appear 60 seconds after the game starts and stay stationary throughout the match. 120 seconds into the round, 8 heavy man cannons appear on the boundary of the arena to throw people off of the arena if they get to close to the edge. I appreciate the input Carefree LIama, but that is not really what I am looking to do.

Doesn’t work. Setting it to normal causes it to roll anyway.
