So after spending around 8-10 hours on a map, I go to jump back in to work on it some more & I either spawn outside of the map (Breakout) or inside, but no matter what I can’t move or edit or switch to spartan. I do remember adding a initial spawn before this happened, maybe that is what caused this glitch? I will not rebuild this map, I have already spent so much time on it. If this isn’t fixed & my progress is lost, I will never forge again.
It might have been because you forgot to add in a respawn point rather than a initial spawn point. Its happening to people but not everyone.

Before I had no respawns, it was working fine. As soon as I added an initial spawn point, it broke.
Same happened to me i spend hours on a map and now i cant edit or move. Its on the map glacier and i spawn in some spot but cant move or edit , nothing works, anyone know when they are going to fix it?

Initial spawns only work as their name says, initially, you need respawn points, not just initials.
Sorry if you already know this but if you load in the broken map than have a friend join mid forge he will spawn normally and can place a respawn point that will allow you to save your map.

not anymore…looks like 343 patched this…kinda like a spit in the face
Is their any word on if they are going to fix this or naw
This just happened to me. Have you been able to get it fixed or did it never get fixed.
