Discuss what YOU want in Halo 4 FORGE for example Bigger Budget
-No budget. Just have an item limit. By item limit I mean you can have as many items the game can handle.
-More vehicles:
-Troop Transporthog.
-Pelican.
-ODST Droppod.
-Past Halo vehicles. So all the vehicles that we were able to use in past Halo games.
-Being able to forge vehicles with other vehicles.

Being able to drive the Warthog with the barriers on it. With out them falling off.
-Being able to forge on all maps.
-Maps that have these environments to forge on or one big giant map that has them:
-Artic.
-Country.
-Desert.
-Destroyed City.
-Forest.
-Island.
-Jungle.
-Marsh.
-Ocean.
-Prairie.
-Salt Flats.
-Tundra.
Please edit your title and don’t go crazy with the ALL CAPS.

And this post reminds me of that Halo Reach traile part where everyone thought we could change gravity fields.
Like we should be able to place barriers that contain zero gravity or like in Anchor 9. That way we can make real good space maps.
If we can make objects also have space like skins and edit the whole map and make it look like the moon we can make the moon with some bases and zero gravity parts.
Space maps! Infected space maps with Infection (Flood)! Not really space, but make it look like space. Of course I don’t mind real space maps. But we should be able to remove the gravity fields on there too.
Also besides skinds for structure there is another section below it. That is for making the object look broken in different ways.
Like having a wall that misses corners and is broken, or a hole in the middle in a broken way. That would be cool. Not only skins but also the option to make it broken or fine. And of course doors and bridges and a lot of others stuff!
And again! All of the above! And maybe even all of the beneath too!

Terminal’s, that allow you to place objective marker’s of every type (Checkpoint markers for human’s, vehicles, King of the hill, and CTF. While also including Npc related objectives to complete via (Waypoint custom challenges). Terminal should also include a 500 letter character bank to type stories or instructions that pertain to your forged level. I want ODST drop-ins from pelicans. I want to feel the characters weight more in certain hostile situations. I want the radio in forge to have custom sound effects/Channels. Lastly, Forge should have Npc spawning (Whether it be allies or enemies) and the player should also be able to customize Npc weapon’s loadouts and Npc Health/Difficulty settings as well.
While i never did bother with Halo 3’s or Reach’s Forge much, the colour scheme was a little rubbish - Halo 3 - Brown (foundry) or Yellow (sandbox) and Reach was simply a sea of grey.
So that said maybe some skin’s or colour schemes would be good, possibly different canvas styles (snow, sand, grasslands etc).
I am for once very interested in seeing how Halo 4’s forge turns out.

Well that’s all I can think of
FYI for all the things you guys want (ai,unlimited budget) it takes allot of programming to make even a single marine ai move to a specified location or activation area (like a button they press to progress the mission) each character or person/covenant you see in the campaign is an individually placed ai which has its own movement paths and after that they then have to program in the shooting, the gun it has, its accuracy, and its health all of these things it would be virtually impossible to have this unless… there was a separate disk for forge so you would be able to have a simple/advanced ai but it would be reasonably difficult still they would have to blanketthe map with move options, but it would be possible with the extra space of an extra disk just for forge but the unlimited budget is another story, each pece of scenery you put into forge increases the space the game needs to render all the images of these objects and it would be more easier f there was just a max amount of how many items of a particullar item can be place (4,shades)
but for the things i would like to see wich is totaly contrary to what i just said is :that i would love to have a space map with an elite cruiser and space banshees and seraphs inside and a unsc/forunner frigate to oppose it
Things i want in halo 4:
Be able to pilot pelicans and pick up vehicles while flying them
Make objects be able to spin (like a blade swinging across platform sort of thing)
Some water based vehicles
the ability to manipulate the weather
all-ready built Fortresses for the casual players who dont have alot of time to build things
even if they have no relevance to the main story line have every vehicle possible in forge
except for the scarab
