I couldn’t find a forum thread thingy that talk about Forge, Forge Ideas, and Forge Feedback except for this section. If their is such a section than would a Mod be kind and put this post their, thanks.
It’s has to be said that Halo MCC Forge is pretty amazing. Adding things the community has been asking for a long time. So I think Certain Infinity did an amazing job, especially the Skyboxes. But not all of us (like myself) are contempt. I believe that there should be more to the maps. 3 Skybox only maps just doesn’t cut it. They should have had 1 Skybox map, A more urban city type setting, and last… FORGE WORLD!! Or something that replaces it. Halo Reaches Forge World was amazing. It was the perfect mix of land, caves, ravines, ocean, and air! I wish we could have a Forge World 2.0 and we would all be soooo happy. You (probably all) might be thinking: “Who the hell are you and why should we care what you think, 343 will never read this post ect. ect.” But posts like this must get to the top so 343i and Certain Infinity can know what we want!
One other thing is that I personally don’t like is how that all 3 maps have the exact same items. For example Nebula should have those space base parts that we had in impact. Or how the rocks just don’t fit with the surroundings! The terrain is a dirty grassy while the rocks are the color of sandstone while the asteroids around are all grey. I want to make cool asteroid bases and what not but with these rocks they just look out of place. The colors schemes should also correspond to the map. Rather than having concrete building blocks in Nebula they should be metal.
I would PAY good MONEY for Forge World! I would also PAY good MONEY for DLC that adds Forge items and maps. Pleaseeee 343i and Certain Infinity. Treat the Forge Maps like you treat Multiplayer Maps with DLC. :c
