Forge enviorments in water

who would love it if the maps that have water we could forge in the water without dying from it cause I would really like to make a underwater game type with underwater vehicles and everything else like that wouldn’t it be cool if we could forge under water with maps that have water in halo 5 leave your comment down below

Sounds a bit gimmicky. Playing underwater would be exactly the same as in space (higher jumping, flying/floating vehicles) just with the void being blue rather than black. We’ve already got forge maps on asteroids in H4 and to simulate the physics of water just change the Gravity settings.

Personally I wouldn’t like it. Ever since the first Mario Bro’s I’ve always hated any game level that involved being underwater. That idea you have is cool but it’s just not my cup of underwater tea.

Depends on what you want that environment to look like and how you want the physics to change, if at all.

There was a glitch that made it possible to forge underwater on Forge Island (Halo 4 - remember that one?), and I saw the odd flood map done that way. They were kind of cool and atmospheric, but the novelty wore off fairly quickly.

no I mean build bases underwater not just you floating underwater I mean build underwater bases make sense now

Well, I wouldn’t mind a map being underwater, as in a base or forerunner station underwater. Seeing large sea creatures go by as you fight.

Sure, I’ve always found it limiting when trying to build a map the includes some water, finding the right zone before the kill zone is a pain. This would be even better if they gave us more vegetation and weather effects. You could make some kind of foggy swamp, or something along the lines of that.
