I was in the middle of opening my forge blitz packs and I got an error message. This returned me back to the menu with one less pack, I shrugged and continued. This happened 2 more times making miss out on a total of 3 packs. Is there a way I could get these back?
Hi - Sorry you had an issue. The team is telling me that they looked into your account and even though you lost the ability to open the packs / see individual cards, those cards actually did go into your card library. The issue is being investigated further.
I thought so too but I didn’t see anything different in my library from before to after, but thanks for looking into it.
