Does anyone know how to delete all items on a Forge map without having to go one by one?
There is no option for some reason. The fastest way to hold the selection button and sweep across the map then delete.
It’s odd non of the developers or Forge testers thought of this. It’s been in all the previous ones I beleive, maybe it’ll be in a future patch.

Where, exactly, is the selection button? I can only figure out selecting while I’m hovering over an object.

I know that you can still delete item by pallete. (sorta). If you select an item you can delete all of the same objects by selecting all of them in the object settings.
Just found this.
Press X > Forge Options > Reset > Delete all objects.

Hold RB. Then move across all of your options and you have selected all of them.
They have addressed it
So okay, remember in previous Halo forge modes, there was an option to delete all of a type of item. For example you could hover over a spawn it would say “delete all spawn points on the map.” Is there such option in Halo 5? This kid came into my forge, thought he was being helpful when I was afk and spawned like 200 barriers without knowing how to expand them all. You could imagine what that would look like. So the -Yoink- that I am has a habit of saving every five seconds so when I came back I automatically save and when I pan out there’ a -Yoink- ton of barriers. I deleted as much as i could, some of them I think are glitched and don’t have the “skull” you can grab in the middle. Anyways there has to be an option. Kid had the nerve to say “made it so nobody can get out :).” The smiley face made me want to 360 noscope this kid back to Halo 1.
What u do is you bring up the bar that says map options. Go down until u find delete all items
