I’ve had an issue for the past week where Forge on PC will crash right after the MS and 343 intros, just before the main menu screen. Last Thursday when it first started I ended up restarting my laptop and when that didn’t work I did a complete re-install, still no luck. Then I noticed my nvidia driver needed an update and once that completed Forge loaded just fine. I thought this was the fix, but then a few days later it started crashing again.
Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? Whats strange is that it was just working yesterday and as of now it’s not, so it seems to be random. Here’s a link to a video of it happening. Basically, it just exits back to the Halo app.
I have the same problem. I’m on the Windows10 Insider Program, the last build literally broke Xbox LIVE login, then i can’t play Halo, Forza APEX nor Minecraft Win10 Edition.
Now with this new build, i can login again, but Halo 5 Forge crashes on the main menu. Trying to find a solution for now.

I wish you luck getting help from the devs. If you take the time and look at all the questions for support you will not see any replies from the DEVS!
