I created a map and I deleted all the initiale spawn and object. When I finished my map I placed other spawn and saved, I left the game and when I came back 30minutes later to start the game to modify some things I couldn’t It’s like my screen is frozen on this map i can still save, save as and leave the game, but I can’t move, place object or anything. Please help me. I don’t want to waste hours creating maps that I can’t modify.
I think it’s just a bug with Forge in general.
My recommendation would be to leave a few of the initial spawns whenever you create a map.

It’s not the initial spawns. He deleted all the Respawn Points. Forge spawns you in on these and if you deleted them all you wont spawn in. I’ve heard when you’re in this frozen state, you can invite a friend to join and when they join they’ll actually spawn in, and they can drop a respawn point for you to get you to finally spawn in.
