Hello everyone. I’m making some maps in these days, just because why not.
I’ve found a bug i’m not able to fix in any ways. I’m trying to load my video so i can show you what i’m talking about, but in any case, i’m going to explain what i did:
- Open forge
- Select “Parallax” map
- Join the map
- When you are in this map, try to commit suicide. Forge will respawn you.
- Change theme from the current one to anyone you have (i chose “predominance” or whatever is the name…i actually don’t know, my Halo 5 game is not in English).
- Try to suicide.
- Forge will not respawn you.
I don’t know why this happens. I didn’t try all the maps to confirm it’s a general bug or not.
And since i’m here, i’d like to share with you another possible bug about forge (similar): I’m making a map from zero, i mean, with nothing in the map at all. For now i did the map but i have to place the respawn points. I saved and toke a break.
When i rejoin the map in forge, i wasn’t and am not able to move or do anything else (probably because i don’t have respawn points in map).
So i did a research about this problem and seems like many people ha bugs like this. Someone said there was a solution (invite a friend in game and your friend can forge regularly in the map so he/she can place a respawn point), but it didn’t work for me.
So i wonder if it’s possible to fix this problem (maybe making a secret respawn point only for forge, or whatever).
Or i don’t know, maybe these 2 cases are connected somehow?
