I heard information that the Forge system for Halo 5 was going to be introduced sometime this week. Does anyone else know when and where I can go to see this?
There is no definite date yet.
We don’t know in which form it might be shown either.

I know for absolute sure that we will hear about forge on October 27th 
All we know is we got told ‘most likely next week’ and that was last week and usually its tuesday they release information so hopefully itll be tomorrow just going by whats been said and there usual schedule…

I’m also expecting tomorrow. I’m not much of a forger myself, but Frankie made it sound like they did some serious work on it so I’m excited to see what they’ve done. .
I’m also hoping they announce a playlist (or at least plans for one) that will only include community maps/game-types. My biggest problem with forge has always been the feeling that I’m just wasting my time. I don’t have enough friends that play Halo to properly play anything I make in a custom game.

I remember seeing somewhere that a spawn point had a white wire frame (gives you the shape of the space it is taking. Just a dimension box) with green,red, and blue arrows pointing in different directions(most likely X,Y,Z plains.) It was so long ago and I don’t remember where. If i find it I will send you a link and put one on this thread.

Pretty sure that wasnt in game, thought they were making the map.

That looks very much like an in-engine screenshot not in-game however I would love them to release a map editor for the pc that you could send over the maps to the xbone. I would love to be able to make halo maps from scratch again like in Custom Edition on the pc.
I’m not sure, I was about to ask the same question. But I cannot wait. I wish they’d release something!

No idea. Sometime this week is what I think, I just want to know the new stuff that they are adding because they said they did a lot for forge. I think MCC is evidence of that

More than likely some of the stuff from H2A will appear, but all those wirerames with the RGB of X, Y and Z axis are computer only from the engine for making warzone maps, which people can’t do. So it’s more than likely only how it is normally but with more things like H2A had.
I’m fairly confident that Forge will be able to be manipulated on your computer.

Forge wasn’t shown in the Windows 10 live-stream or the Sprint Season 3 episodes, omfg…
