Really? 3 month wait for Co-op, and a 6 month wait for Forge? I love halo, and enjoyed the flight for infinite, and am still excited for the game, but no co-op or forge at launch? This is ridiculous. Halo Infinite is gonna have to compete with two large upcoming games, COD Vanguard and Battlefield 2042, and it’s coming out with missing features. We’ve waited for 6 years for Infinite, and its disappointing that that Co-op and forge will be missing when it comes out. Lets hope this game will still be able to compete with COD and BF still.
Just delay it. No co-op at launch is just outrageous.
This is extremely disappointing. Me and my brother were hoping to complete the campaign together at launch. Feels like Halo 5 all over again.
Tbh this game needs to release… well the campaign side of things… there’s leaks everywhere about this… I wanna get a chance to experience the campaign before more will be out in the open… it saddens me there’s no Co op or forge… they want us to have an experience with no bugs which I appreciate… 3 months Playing multiplayer and solo missions till Co op, I guess it will be do-able.
I disagree. While I am bummed that me and my brother won’t be able to play through the campaign the first time together for the first time ever, I will get over it. We both are so psyched to play this game, and we want it to come out. The flight was super fun, and ever since then the leaks are just pouring out. Also, there will be plenty to keep me busy in the first 3 months while we wait for coop, and then we will still have a great time. As for forge, honestly, oh well. It sounds like Infinites forge will be the greatest one yet, which is really saying something since Halo 5’s was so robust. Have more faith that the base game will actually be good and fun, and try to have an open mind. It is fine to be upset about coop and forge not being available, but delaying the entire game over two features just doesn’t seem justifiable. I promise we will all live, and I am sure the game will still be fun.

Well said. I wanted to also do something similar by playing the campaign with a friend, and while I’m disappointed in the news, I appreciate their transparency.
This is just going to be the new norm for video games so I guess we’re just gonna have to get used to it. Companies like Bungie and other live service titles have been getting away with selling incomplete games for full price and fixing them later for years now. No matter how big the outcry is against this practice, money will always have the last word. Microsoft realized this so now they’re taking advantage of it. A delay is out of the question as that wouldn’t allow them to rake in the dough during the holidays.

this complacency is killing the game industry. co-op this has been a core feature of halo and integral part of its identity since 2001.
The F Halo players that want co-op in Halo from Halo 5 forms are back and attack us agen
Like fiting is going to make this bad new better.

Then you can look forward to it being available 3 months after launch. And then available forever after that.
