We have the Phaeton, A Forerunner Themed Hover Jet similar to the Banshee, why not Forerunner Tank, Bikes, Jeeps?
How hard would it be to just retexture a Scorpion, Warthog or Mongoose? Same palette as the Phaeton but on a different vehicle. Different health, damage for tank/jeep.
Also going on retextured vehicles what about Covenant jeeps or 1 person Mongooses with mounted guns?
wouldn’t a 1 person mongoose with mounted guns just be the gungoose without a passenger? and NO to a simple retexture. they’re different factions, they should have different vehicles.

I would love to see a Forerunner vehicle like the Covenant Spectre from Halo 2. The Forerunner aesthetic would fit some sort of hovering, warthog-esque vehicle.
Having another Forerunner vehicle would be pretty sweet. Since most of the Forerunner weapons kind of assemble themselves, I would love to see the vehicle have to shift from driving mode to gunner mode by pushing “Y” Each mode has a different main firing mode. The first is twin arclight cannons firing out essentially Light Rifle rounds. The second could be a mortar like weapon which fires like a Wraith only a lot smaller and the distance is much shorter.

Did not think of that when originally typing. Would be cool to see them transform. Like a forerunner ghost when you body jets appear at the back.

So… When you say 1-person Gungoose… I’m thinking the Ghost. If we are to have Forerunner vehicles, they should be very different and unique.
What purpose would they serve? We already have two types of tanks (scorpion and wraith), three types of scouting vehicles (scout warthog, mongoose, gungoose) two light vehicles (ghost and warthog) and now three aircraft (banshee, phaeton and wasp)
almost every niche has been filled and thats not including all the req versions or different types of hogs. If forerunner vehicles are added, they need to fill a niche and not just shoehorned in because reasons.
I’ve always believed that the Forerunners shouldn’t have vehicles. They should be the vehicles. I would honestly prefer if there were no Forerunner vehicles and that the Phaeton was removed moving forward.

He only forerunner vehicle ID want would be a mech, with a massive headlight shield and a smaller varient of warden Eternals sword. It can sprint and jump and is highly mobile. Think of it as a mix between a mantis and a Cyclops.
