Forerunner Slayer cant boot betraying teammates

So I am absolutely loving forerunner slayer. However I just played a game where one player was just team killing the entire time he betrayed me twice and the my teammates a couple dozen times. Yet, not option came up to boot him, can 343 please put in the boot option. Thank you in advance!

Note I did an accidental betrayal because my teammate walked into my splinter grenade =(
