well theres the reclaimer saga.
As for precursors I don’t think they’ll make a saga/trilogy on it
Well the Forerunner Saga is already a thing and it ends with the Halos killing all sentient life in the galaxy…so…
I’m trying to say as in a context of a very detailed version of the war, there is no actual details it just says that the war took place, the forerunners drive the remaining precursors to the edge of the galaxy and leave them in desolation but it doesn’t depict how the forerunners actually achieved the victory over the precursors.
Just a detailed version of what actually happened way back when is what i am trying to ask. How it happened, a good name and if you like it

You don’t know it will end that way, besides that would be a bad ending really, to just have everyone die, it will make everything that happened in games prior pointless

That IS how the Forerunner Saga ends. You know, those books?

oh sorry I though you were talking about the reclaimer saga and simply called the forerunner saga as it will be about them, that is what I thought Shadow was talking about before. But yeah I do know those books.

I could go and make a book about the Pheru and how there is one special Pheru and call it Halo:the rise of the Pheru. It could change the ending because they didn’t want to lost the last pure Pheru so they didn’t destroy everything. You wouldn’t have been able to say that so the creation of those books are redundant.

I don’t see why you would need to retcon a trilogy of novels for such a purpose. All you’d need to do is have the Pheru re-seeded in the galaxy along with everything else.
Maybe I’m missing something, but your posts are a bit hard to understand.
i’m new i just want to get my name out there regardless of what way i do so in
Is that understandable?
A series of books during the Forerunner/Human war I think would be better.

Its been known for over 10 years that the Halo Array killed everything inside the galaxy, unless they were in a Shield World.
Most Shield Worlds were unfinished, and they sure as hell wouldn’t waste a complete one for Pheru.
There are ways to have a Pheru survive, but attempting to retcon the whole Halo Event is not it.
There’s is a possibility that some precursors have survive and still alive now in the halo universe. But I still have my doubts.

Very unlikely. Most were either killed or turned into the Flood powder.

I’d doubt that.
A god-like, transsentient species that has existed for 100 gigayears likely hasn’t been destroyed by one little race in one little Galaxy that is among billions of others.
If anything, the Forerunners just drove the Precursors out of the Milky Way, and the Precursors have just as much influence as they did on the Milky Way (and it’s satellite Galaxies) on all of the other billions of Galaxies.
WARNING! FAR-FETCHED SPECULATION AHEAD:
As we are aware, the Milky Way Galaxy and the Andromeda Galaxy are due to merge in 4 Billion years. Perhaps the Precursors initiated this Galactic collision to repair the irreplaceable gaps that the Forerunners left with their extermination campaign and the destruction of all Precursor artifacts in the Milky Way.
The Precursors can move entire star-systems within a matter of days, who says they can’t move entire galaxies within a few billion years?
The motives are apparent, not a single galaxy can be left untouched by Precursor influence. They have existed through a hundred billion years, they have colonized and seeded life on many Galaxies - it’s clear that the Forerunner’s elimination of Precursor influence in the Milky Way is nothing more than a headache for the Precursors…
