Only just dawned on me that HW2 could feature 3 different playable sides. Anyone think the Forerunner would be a good side to play as?

It could add a new challenge to the game and that could be fun
Depends if the multiplayer is cannon if not then I think it would be likely also their is the possibility of multiple timelines.
One reason halo wars didn’t do well with normal rts fans was not many factions so I would like them to do there best at making new ones or using ones found in lore. I’m hoping to see the innies and the heritics for example.

I don’t think they will do such a thing in this timeline of halo. Mostly only monitors/oracle and sentinels.
