Has anybody else read about the forerunner armor and combat skins? Apparently combat skins were ranked from 1 to 18 and the UNSC MJOLNIR was most comparable to a rank 2 suit. Can you imagine if the chief got into a rank 18 combat skin? He would be like the juggernaut of juggernauts!

Well, no. That Battle-Skin failed his -Yoink- big time twice, first Chief managed to plant a grenade on his chest which “killed him” then at their third confrontation Chief lodged a -Yoinking!- knife into the Didacts eye!!

Another way to look at it is that the Ur-Didact survived a grenade exploding inside his armor, and then survived a knife in the face. Now thats a class A (or in this case, rank 18) armor!

But then again the Didact’s Combat Skin could adapt to weapons that had been used against it, if memory serves me correctly. So after someone used something against him once, that weapon would basically be useless.

I would love that kind of armor in multiplayer.
Killed once by the assault rifle…no more being killed by the assault rifle
