Adjunct Reflex was terminated between 12:18 and 13:16 on the 19th June 2007.
While never confirmed fully, the termination was assumed to be done by the Contender Class ancilla 05-032 Mendicant Bias.
While the account(shell) of Adjunct Reflex was continued to be used by whoever terminated it till 22:17 28th June 2007.
Then in 2009 the account of Adjunct Reflex was deleted. (We assume that the shell was destroyed as that point but we are not certain)

It would actually be fantastic if we found out that Adjutant Reflex was, or is, in-fact the Unidentified Forerunner Ancilla of Installation 00, which, in 2552, was taken over by 032 Mendicant Bias who hijacked the locale proximity terminus systems and corrupted the personality complex of the monitor, to partially resist his durance… making the former resident monitor appear dormant, during the Battle of Installation 00, and also would explain how AdjutantReflex change of character during the Iris Campaign.
