Even controller players complain that it feels odd to lean so heavily on the left stick and want to make the duel dance between br users more demanding so that the skill gap is increased and there is more room for outplay. People say its odd strafing on the direction of your opponent to keep aim assist on and that there needs to be more emphasis on strafing. When you see pros like FORMAL you see that they dont even touch the right stick on gunfights and they are highly effective.
See? That? I can’t lean on the left stick. I have be micro adjusting. That’s something I must do in gunfights.
I’m agree with you to consider now Controller better then MnK; but if they apply changed that you proposed or others changed, There is a very very Big high risk to kill Controller in Halo Infinite, for First person Shooter Genre of Halo infinite.

So if we start to 0 Changed, Which Nerf would you do to MnK? Or Which Buff would you do to Controller?
Um? You can’t without adding more bloom. As you can see, mice with zero aim assist already is good enough for a select number of games.
I highly advise against adding more bloom btw.
There is no way to nerf mnk. Mnk has no aim assist. How good you are on mnk is depended only on skill. Thats why many mnk players are terrible at halo in general. Not everyone is an aim god or can play extremely well all the time. Unless you cheat but then you are pathetic.
Input based matchmaking unless in a mixed lobby is the solution and has already been done in MCC. Why Infinite doesn’t has this feature is due to UI restrictions

Its too late for that man. 95% of mnk players have quit. I cant find any mnk ranked games at all.

Yes but that’s the devs fault. No reason to make the game miserable for all. If they deliver quality content the PC players will come back, if they don’t why even play in the first place.

What is sad is that they brought the game to pc, made mnk bad and unviable in ranked games , then the mnk players quit so the game didnt earn a bigger population but instead earned hackers and cheaters from pc. Whats the point of bringing halo to pc if you’re not gonna make mnk viable ? To get cheaters? Had 343 made mnk viable the population would ve been much bigger and healthier. People talk about mnk players like they are all great and amazing. Let me tell you the worst players in halo are mnk players. Not everyone can aim.

Just let the community be able to turn on or off crossplay and let people play with who they want.
Stop forcing us to do stuff that we don’t want to do.

You guys are missing the point. This would’ve been good at launch but now there are barely any mnk players. I am telling you i can not find any ranked mnk games. Bringing this feature now would lock me and any other mnk player out of machmaking. Mnk was so bad for so long that people just quit.
not forget to add also a input option since the pc players can play with mkb and controler so if there can add also a input option sure.

we have been suggestion it all since launch off the game when the population was high so that it has become low is thanks to the other problems this game has notting has to do with the crossplay at all.
Giving people the freedom to do what they want will always result in a positive trend, you just have to manage the people who do things that are unhealthy to that population.
The reason they forced crossplay is because they wanted the largest population regardless of individual experience and the SBMM would sort that population out play wise. The large population was need for the store sales.
But they completely forgot that what is most important is that individual experience.
And they continue to do so. Forge and a browser should have been priority 1 and been released BEFORE launch.
Here were are a year since launch and forge is pretty much the thing that’s saving this game, and that’s driven by the community. The efforts of 343 directly have been pretty much non existent in quality of life for the individual. Desync and shot recog are terrible. How do you have a shooter game with terrible shot recog???
Make the average individual happy, you’ll be successful.

for the anti cheat you never get my support since no anti cheat is working at all.
look warzone from cod how many time’s there update there anti cheating system and it still fails hard
yes and because the game is in this bad state giving people the option to turn crossplay off now would result to even more division of the already small playerbase. If i cant find matches now will i find matches when the search pool gets even smaller? Makes no sense now. They had to do it since launch. Now its too late for that.
