So, I’ve been wondering.
Why is it that xbox players are forced to play cross platform with PC?
I understand the PC population isn’t that great, but why force us to play with each other with no way to disable cross platform?
In my eyes, PC players have a natural advantage over xbox players. I’m only rank 10 sure…But it just seems unfair in my eyes that I’m forced to play with PC players and not getting the option to choose if I want to or not.
I’m opened to the criticism and I’d love to hear opinions back
Some of (not all) the best players play on xbox. Yes there is an advantage but I’ve beaten people that play on pc plenty of times.
The advantage isn’t as big as you might think. The game was built around controller use and some pc players use controllers anyway. It wasn’t just imposed on everyone in one go, they did have a trial period with only 1v1 (which tbh is were the decisions about the game should mostly be based). Apparently they looked at the data and found the advantage wasn’t big enough to not warrant cross play.
And why wouldn’t you want crossplay imo , we’re at an age were this shouldn’t be a thing to be implemented but something standarize cuz it gives games a longer longevity so there’s no downs for crossplay tbh but if one is gonna say is because X and X have a higher advantage you sire have not seen the no johns video like in fighting games the controller doesnt make the player so if the complain is the peripheral then you have alot fo learn bud (not rying to be mean just speaking from what is known)
