I’ve had it with people complaining. If they don’t like H4, no-one’s forcing them to buy it.
Anyway, on this thread, I want no complaining on new stuff, just to know what you all DO like.
I personally am most excited with Spartan Ops.

Spartan Ops, hell yes! I am also glad the BR is back along with DMR I think it will be great for those to go head to head. And overall… I glad we have Halo 4! Thank you 343!
I don’t think the haters realize how many of us are totally okay with everything, and they’re really just in a little circle screaming at each other.
While skeptical at first, I’m actually liking most of the changes so far. I can’t wait to see their custom game options set, and the fact that they’re adding all this new stuff is really exciting. I hope Halo 4 will be a breath of fresh air; the breath that Reach was supposed to be.
I honestly think that Halo 4 can never be Reach because Reach had bloom. After all was said and done, bloom really ruined Reach’s multiplayer for me. It slowed things down and had this totally random element to it. So now that pinpoint aiming is back with recoil, I’m not worried about AAs and whatever armor modifiers are coming with. As long as we don’t end up with another Armor Lock, I think I’ll be okay.
Spartan Ops sounds like it will be an amazing addition and will keep me coming back.
The graphics and detail look awesome!
The sounds will be amazing (or so they say…).
You will feel more like a Spartan.
Those are my big ones right now. I’m trying to hold off on gameplay conclusions until we see everything in action, but so far I don’t hate anything.

The graphics seem amazing, best looking Halo game on the 360. And I’m very excited for the campaign. It sounds like it’s off to a good start.

I’m in.
What I like are:
- 343i having the balls to move forward with Halo instead of going back in time (which would mean even less mainstream appeal = less sales = less people playing)
- Spartan Ops.
- Ideas from Reach being tweaked instead of being ditched
- AL not being in the game
- DMR AND BR in the same game
- Graphics
- The look of the Elites
- Did I say Spartan Ops already?
And I can go on.
Really, I like almost everything they’ve shown so far, or at least see the potential of what is being suggested.
Esspecially with Spartan Ops I feel 343i is taking chances and starting something that many other developers will inevitably try to follow (but most will fail because it takes TONS of recources to fuel such a concept).
To me, Halo 4 so far seems like its core has been made up from the best elements of every Halo shooter so far mixed with a little touch of Battlefield…and I can’t say I’m too bothered about having the influence of the second best (in my books) shooter series ever in Halo.

I’m excited with just about everything from the game in general. Reach kinda left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Just my preference. Hope Halo 4 doesn’t have the same effect.

Can’t wait for Spartan Ops and a new Chapter in Chief’s story.
Also looking forward to a fresh new Halo game, Reach has been a tad stale for a while now.

I know absolutely nothing about this game at all. I know it’s halo 4, but that’s pretty much it.

Though Master Chief’s story and Campaign remain my most favorite things of Halo.

Spartan Ops!!! With the possibiliy that my Spartan IV might be shown alongside Chief in a custscene. 
And the Campaign!
If you take away the online matchmaking and the campaign, what really sets Halo apart from everything else is custom Forge maps and gametypes. I’m looking forward to a giant reveal (like last year’s Forge World RvB). Even though they haven’t said anything about it yet, I’m optimistic.
Everything else looks great. I loved Halo 2 and 3 matchmaking, Halo: Reach Forge, Halo 3 ODST’s story. I think Halo 4 will have everything that all of those games had.
