“Oh no! Because Halo 4 will not have Firefight and I don’t have Xbox Live, I will be bored as… Someone very bored… Because 343i is catering to all the people who have and will utilize Xbox Live!”
Well, we all know Spartan Ops has replaced Firefight and that it is very dependent on Xbox Live. But, did you know that five new missions in Spartan Ops, each with cutscenes and a full over-arching story, come out every week for months… AND FOR FREE???
So anyone complaining about not having Firefight, just remember that there is something called an “Xbox Live Silver Account” which is also FREE. All you need to do is connect to the internet, get a FREE account, and get the FREE missions of awesomeness.
“But sir, my home/area-of-play does not have any internet at all (assuming this household does not have an internet plan of any sort)!”
Then you shouldn’t have an Xbox if you don’t have any internet. After all,
Internet > Xbox
Stop complaining about not having anything to do in Halo 4 you non-Live users.

If people didn’t have internet, how would they be able to complain on the internet?

I don’t know how you reached this conclusion…
But I’m saying people WILL be able to get their money’s worth out of Halo 4 if they just realize that Spartan Ops are a great alternative to Firefight. I have seen a couple comments on various threads about people complaining about the lack of Firefight and how this doesn’t make Halo 4 seem like “the complete package”.

This is ridiculous. Not at all the point I was trying to make. Of course, there was a hint on me hating on the people without Xbox Live, but that was because of their complaints about the lack of Firefight.

The people who misses firefight and complain about it here… You’re saying they don’t have internet?

No, not at all. One of the main points that people angry about lack of Firefight bring up is that people without Live won’t have the full-package by default. I’m trying to show them that through a very few simple, easy, and FREE steps they can access the full package and have something that is equal or even beyond Firefight.

I got it from “If internet isn’t available in your area, you shouldn’t have an xbox”

Let me clarify. Suppose you come from a household without internet because your family doesn’t pay for it (in the sense they can’t afford it). You shouldn’t have an Xbox and not have the more useful/valuable technology such as a computer and internet access. You can still game on the computer. An Xbox is secondary to a computer and internet access.

I have to respectfully disagree. An xbox is less expensive than a decent gaming PC, and not everyone wants to slap on a monthly fee for internet. Me for example, I’ve only had any form of internet for three years, but I own every generation of gaming consoles dating all the way back to Magnavox Odyssey.
